When you use our calculator, submit a request, or apply, we collect information such as your name, business name, business structure, year established, email, phone, city/state, the equipment and amount you wish to finance, your vendor, and — during underwriting — financial information including bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, and owner/guarantor identifiers (including Social Security number and date of birth).
Information from third parties. With your authorization or as otherwise permitted by law, we obtain business and personal consumer credit reports, business-credit and public-records data, information from your equipment vendor, and information from our funding sources.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect device, browser, and usage information through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy).
We may share information with: funding sources and lenders who consider or fund your transaction; credit bureaus and data providers; service providers that support our operations (e.g., document, e-signature, CRM, and hosting vendors); your equipment vendor as needed to fund the purchase; and governmental, legal, or regulatory authorities where required or permitted by law. We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because our financing may involve the personal financial information of business owners and guarantors, we provide this notice consistent with the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing Privacy Rule (Regulation P).
The "nonpublic personal information" (NPI) we collect can include information from your applications (such as name, address, Social Security number, income, and assets) and information from consumer reporting agencies and transactions.

To ask a question about this notice, contact us at lease@alloyridgecapital.com or (855) 545-3273.
By submitting an application or authorization, you authorize Alloy Ridge and its funding sources to obtain business and personal consumer credit reports and other information to evaluate the request, and from time to time thereafter to review, update, renew, or collect on the financing.
We obtain a consumer (personal) credit report on an individual only where we have a permissible purpose — for example, on an owner or guarantor who is or will be personally liable for the financing. If a financing request is declined or other adverse action is taken, the business applicant will receive an adverse action notice as required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and, where a consumer report was used, the Fair Credit Reporting Act. That notice will identify the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report, state that the agency did not make the credit decision and cannot explain the specific reasons for it, and inform the applicant of the right to obtain a free copy of the report from that agency within 60 days and to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in it. See the Equal Credit Opportunity notice below.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Note that several state privacy laws contain exemptions for information governed by the GLBA and the FCRA; the rights below apply to information not otherwise exempt.
California residents may have the right to: know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect; delete or correct personal information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We collect the categories of information described in this Policy for the business purposes described above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA. To exercise a right, contact us at lease@alloyridgecapital.com or (855) 545-3273; we will verify your identity before responding.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. Contact us using the details above to make a request.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Alloy Ridge Capital website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about commercial equipment financing and leasing for business borrowers. Nothing on the Site is an offer, commitment, solicitation, or guarantee of credit, or a recommendation. Any financing is subject to credit approval and execution of final written documentation.
Payment, tax-savings, and break-even figures produced by our calculator are illustrative estimates only, based on representative assumptions and the inputs you provide. They are not quotes or offers, and actual terms are provided in writing only after a credit review.
Content on the Site is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult your own advisors, including regarding Section 179 and the tax treatment of any structure.
Submitting a form does not create a financing agreement. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it and to authorize credit inquiries on the business and its owners/guarantors.
The Site and its content, logos, and marks are owned by Alloy Ridge Capital, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your business's evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control and are not responsible for.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or any calculation will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alloy Ridge and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or business, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any estimate, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Alloy Ridge harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that the parties cannot resolve informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming; judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you and Alloy Ridge waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming to protect intellectual-property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By providing your contact information and using our online forms, you consent to receive communications, disclosures, and records from us electronically, and you agree that electronic signatures, contracts, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.
The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. The federal agency that administers compliance with this law concerning this creditor is the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, DC 20580.
Alloy Ridge evaluates each applicant on the merits of the business, its owners and guarantors, and the equipment. If we take adverse action on your request, you have the right to a statement of the specific reasons for that action, and — where a consumer report was used — to the identity of the consumer reporting agency that provided it.
Several states — including California, New York, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Utah, and Virginia — require providers of commercial financing to give specific written disclosures (such as the financing amount, finance charge, and an annual percentage rate or estimated APR) at the time a specific offer of financing is made, and some require broker or provider registration. Where the law of a state in which we do business requires it, Alloy Ridge provides the required disclosures at the time we make a specific offer.
Nothing on this website — including the calculator — is a commercial financing disclosure, an offer, or a commitment. Estimates are illustrative only.
